ARCH Modular Power Supplies AOD10 & AFD25: Compact Solutions for Smart Home and Household Technology

With the new AOD10 and AFD25 series, ARCH Electronics offers two compact modular power supplies for use in household and smart home devices. These products comply with the requirements of EN 60335-1 (household appliances) and EN 60950-1 (IT applications), and can be mounted directly onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

The fully encapsulated housing ensures robust operation and high safety in a compact format – ideal for space-constrained applications and innovative enclosure designs.

Technical features:

• Universal input: 90–264 V AC / 120–370 V DC

• No-load power consumption: < 0.1 W

• Protection class: II

• Operating temperature range: –40 °C to +70 °C (with derating)

• Technology: switching power supply for direct PCB mounting

• Standards:
  – EN 60335-1 (household)
  – EN 60950-1 (IT)

Compact dimensions:

• AOD10: 37.0 × 27.5 × 20.0 mm

• AFD25: 52.5 × 27.5 × 23.5 mm
