New SPS-G018 Series Replaces SPS-G015 – Now Compliant with EN 62368-1

As part of the transition to the new safety standard EN 62368-1, Sunpower is replacing the previous SPS-G015 and SPS-015 series with the optimized SPS-G018 Series. With the same form factor, the new series offers a higher power density and lower no-load power consumption – ideal for energy-efficient industrial applications.

Benefits of the new SPS-G018 Series:

• Certified according to EN/IEC/UL 62368-1

• 18 W output power in a compact design

• Higher energy efficiency, especially in standby mode

• Drop-in compatible with the previous SPS-G015 series

The SPS-015 and SPS-G015 series will be discontinued as the new standard takes effect on December 20, 2020. For ongoing and new projects, Dehner Elektronik recommends an early transition to the new SPS-G018 series.
