Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, we charge the following shipping costs for packaging and shipping, depending on the weight of the shipment (valid from January 1, 2025, all prices per package, plus VAT where applicable). Other countries available upon request.

Payment Terms
Why is the payment term for new customers advance payment?
Our management requires us to secure every transaction through a credit insurance policy. In order to obtain this coverage, deliveries are made on an advance payment basis. This regulation applies to new customers as well as to existing customers without two positive invoice cycles within the past twelve months.
For orders with a value of €1,000.00* or more, we also offer our customers the option of free direct coverage through our credit insurance. If this order value is not reached, we offer to provide this coverage for a one-time fee of €25.00*. Subject to approval by the credit insurance, immediate delivery on account with a payment term of 21 days net is then possible.
This procedure explicitly does not represent an assessment of our customers and is applied uniformly without regard to the company.
